Suck it, PV Anyway, some very interesting numbers here... Shenmue 2 is only at #60 on the chart, selling 26k units, but it was only on sale for a single day in October, that's pretty damned good. NBA2K3 outsold Live 2003 on Xbox, where Live outsold 2K3 on PS2. Looks like Xbox gamers like Sega more than people think. Blinx's numbers were pretty pathetic. Oh, and the SOCOM and TimeSplitters numbers are obviously messed up somehow...
Buy Yakuza and Oblivion. Help yourself, help TNL.

Wow, a whole 178 more copies of 2K3's were sold on Xbox over Live! OMG XBOX GAMERS LOVE SEGA!

That's fucking pathetic, especially since 2K3 has online play on Xbox and Live doesn't.

Feh. That's pathetic. Those numbers should at least be switched for those games.

When you consider the PS2 version of Live sold 100,000 more copies than the PS2 version of 2K3, it's a big difference, asshole

i didnt mean for that to come off gruff i was just wondering

my only thing with the shenmue II thread was my anger towards MS and less about sales

now i am no fan of the shenmue series but i know many are

and i just find it a travisty that MS bassicaly bought up the US rights to totally drop the ball on it and kill off the series

it was more an i told you so thread towards all the people who when it was announced said MS's money in ads would gurantee it to be a million seller

  9. Well I'm certainly not disagreeing with you. I think what they did for the game was absolutely disgusting, even though I still think the game is wonderful. If they would've pumped the graphics up a lot and took all of the money they put into Blinx advertising, they would've been much better off.

  10. what i want to know is: how does Gran Tourismo 2 still manage to sell more than 20,000 copies in a month?
