I'm waiting for the Xbox version myself. I'm not going to cry over lag before the game is out, and even if it does have lag, I'd still rather be able to play it online.
...Mame. The game itself has no netcode. So, of course, it'll run like shit.Tonic... try playing a Mame game on 56k. Me and 88 tried once, and he lives like 15 minutes away from me. UNPLAYABLE. It might not need a lot of bandwidth but it has to be PRECISE!
I'm not saying that the game would be completely playable on 56k with netcode, but I think broadband could handle it. Maybe.

I'll stick with my DC version.

It might be better than the Dreamcast controller, but that isn't saying much. In MvC2 it is almost impossible to do any of the advanced combos without using a 6-button arcade style stick, Period.I have read that the PS2 controller works well and maybe even better than the DC controller.
I have a couple friends who I try and teach how to play, but they insist on using just their thumb instead of their fingers like an arcade stick. Of course they all suck and just complain about Cable.
Anyway, playing this game online could MAYBE work with broadband, but I'm still doughting it. I'll stick with my DC copy as well, heh, I'll also stick to playing it in the arcades instead of online.
Ar-cade?

Marvel vs Capcom 2 might be Capcom's worst 2D fighter. Anyone who passes on KoF and buys this PoS should be shot.

Is this coming to Xbox with Live support, or is that just CvsSNK2EO?
Just the face buttons, maybe the shoulder buttons too? I'd believe it.Originally posted by Korian
