    Well, if you're sightseeing then it might not be much fun. Just walking around in an unfamiliar place is what I crave, though.

  2. I've always wanted to travel, but never have. I think I'll go after I get some tertiary education (and have paid it off).

    I plan on one day going to Canada (U.S.A too while I'm up there). It seems like a really awesome place.

    I also would like to backpack through Europe. I have rich relatives in holland that would take me in (even fight over me!).


    I really recommend Australia as a travel destination. Accomidation is dirt cheap (almost everything here is cheaper than in America), and we have everything from Great cities to baron desert. Everyone who comes here loves it (ask sevenforce for a testimonial!). I suggest coming around september next year, because we're currently in the worst drought we've had in over 100 years (sometimes dust blows in from the west, creating a brown haze over sydney, which really isn't nice), as well as the hottest spring we've had in a very long time, resulting in big problems with bushfires.

    i have been to paris, london, and all over ireland...cenral america is a lot of fun but i prefer europe
    and my dream vacation would either be prague in czech republic or any part of italy...i've always wanted to go there, so much interesting history

    Prague is great, and as mentioned very cheap. In Italy Rome and Florence are well worth visiting for any art fans... Florence especially was really great... but very expensive.

    Czech is fantastic ... Prague is so beautiful and full of such interesting history (esp. anything relating to the Velvet Revolution). Italy is kind of boring and cliché. Some of the regions are beautiful but a lot of the big cites are way overrated. Rome, for example, is a hellhole - it's like the ass of Europe. There are so many other wonderful and interesting places to visit that I think should rate way higher than Italy.

    Well me too - sightseeing is ok if it happens to come upon the path of your overall journey but its merely a footnote to simply seeing another part of the world in its everyday state of existence. But still - whats there to see in the USA aside from the same old thing - most cities look the same and the interesting ones are too far and few in between. Europe holds more promise for me!
