Well, the game should be in stores today. I hope my Funcoland gets it, because the local EB can't even find it in their computer. If Funco doesn't get it this week, I'm gonna order it online.

I found raycrisis on the cheap on ebgames site. Worth the 10$ I paid for it.
Very fun game, I have a really really hard time dodging though. IMO the arcade mode flat out sucks. but the bonus mode they added in (where you go through all stages) makes up for it.

Nope, I checked my Gamestop pre-order status today and the release has been pushed back to next week (12/16). Bummer.

That does suck but this gave me time to preorder it in full. I hadn't done that & I saw my chance since it wouldn't be in for another week. I honestly don't think my Funco would have had one otherwise. There wasn't even a normal Preorder SKU, the Assistant Man. had to use a generic preorder SKU.
Now I just have to wait untill the 17th.

I never really got into Ray Crisis.

I wonder how many units of this will be pressed? I bet it's even less than Castlevania Chronicles. I think this may be hard to find in shops, online may be the only way to find this one for some. I'm almost positive that the Funco here wouldn't have any if I hadn't preordered mine. They don't seem to bother getting niche stuff. I had hell getting Castlevania C., Metal Slug X & Strikers 1945, & I bet all of those had bigger print runs than Gekioh will.

Well, Gekioh is currently sitting next to me on my desk taunting me. I have 4 more hours untill I get off of work, so painful. My PC at home is still fucked up, so I won't be able to post impressions until Monday morning. My local GS got three copies, I bought one for myself and one for my friend Wil for christmas. My other friend that works at the GS is buying the last copy, so that may well take care of every copy in the city, depending on whether or not Toys R Us got any.
It should be in everyone's stores buy now, so go look for it!

According to UPS.com, as of 20 minutes ago my game is in Massachusetts. It should get here on Monday, and hopefully Mr. Brown will deliver to the right house this time.
