It's Snowing!

Now that I'm not in High School, I have NO use for snow.

I had to work today, and it was a BITCH making my way through the snow.

Now, it's snowing again, virtually GUARANTEEING(sp) that there will be icy, trecharous roads for me in the morning.

Especially since I just bought a new car last night, I'm in NO mood for treacherous roads.

I usually dont mind snow but there are two factors that make me hate it.

1. People that don't know how to drive in the snow.

2. Having to go outside to smoke when its snowing, plus its cold out.

This is only my second winter here in ice country, but last year there was a good 12"+ of snow on the ground from January all the way up until the April thaw. It's no big thing around here, life goes on as normal.

I personally love falling snow, cold weather, overcast skies, etc. Looks like I'm in the right place.

We have no snow at all on the ground here, and their hasn't been any sort of moisture in like a month.

I am jealous. Be happy if you don't have any snow.

If the temps next summer hit 92 degrees or higher, I won't complain... this cold stuff is worse in my opinion. (Hell, even 110 degrees doesn't sound so bad now).

Remember that game show "The Chamber"? If I were on there and got to go in, here's what would happen:
COLD: "No way, Rick. Show me the $500."
HOT: "OK... let's try it."

Just hypothetically of course... seriously, there is no way in hell I would've gone in there. People went through such a rough time on that show to win less than jack. While that show was kind of brutal, it did raise an interesting question- basically, is it worse to be cold or hot? (Bingo... I think I've got an idea for a poll going here)

Screw all of you that got their school canceled! It always snows like 15 miles north of where I am and we get rain, and those bastards get to go have giant snowball wars while I am stabbing my eyes out at school!
