    I have to question what the hell people on this board were doing missing Panzer Saga? Were you too busy buying PS1 shit? It was $50 and easy to find for the first month...

    I was managing Babbages/Software Etc. at the time and the game was anything but easy to find.

    The first shipment was 10K, and the second shipment came in around a month later that as another 3-5K if I remember correctly.

    Maybe in your area you lucked out and had some available, but I remember calling around all through WI/IL to find copies for some of our customers to no avail.

  5. I took no chances with Panzer Dragoon Saga, I ordered my copy from ebgames.com the day it was released. The only game I regret not buying new is Lunar: Silver Star Story for PS1. I didn't have the money at the time and I couldn't find it anywhere when I could finally afford it. I know I'll regret not buying Steel Batallion when it's going for $1000 on Ebay in a couple years, but I can't justify that much for a game right now.

    A few months back, PaCrappa had a mint/sealed JPN Gunbird 2 that I passed on. It was gone about a week later and I was kicking myself, but with any luck he will get a new one soon. I also regret not buying a lot of games when I was a kid and keeping them in-box with a manual.

  8. The second copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga that I came across for $20 new. It was a month or two after the game's release, how was I to know it would sell for 8x that in a few years?

    Are you talking the guy from the flea market in Warwick ?? I've been to that guy's store, it sucks. Plus he tried to sell me a shit condition NES 2 for like $70 !!
