Ok, just to go out on a limb here about underrated games.
Doesn't a large group of people giving a game the title of most underrated game of said genre, kind of a contradiction.
As an aside, I thought Super Magnetic Neo and Bug were completely lame. But that's just me.

I'm gonna have to go with a three way...
SNES Tiny Toons is just one of the best games ever...fun and challenging, a truly wonderful soundtrack (one of my all-time faves) and amazing visuals.
Astal-say what you will but in its simplicity i found it fun and consider it probably the best hand drawn game ever arguably...perhaps. The thing that really got me was the music though, tear inducing.
Dynamite Headdy-i know it's not well-liked here but hey those effects and graphics really don't get much better on the Genesis and the soundtrack is one of my favorites ever...
