Toilet Kids. What the sitch?

I'm sure many of you had read the previous thread on Toilet Kids. I assure you this will be nothing like it. I just want some info on this Game. First off, what is it for? Is it rare? And is it even in english? From the screenshots I've seen it looks like it could be a fun and funny game. So if anyone has played it, please tell me about it.

the plot of this game: You're a little Japanese kid who went to take a shit one night, and was sucked through the toilet into a dangerous land inhabited by monsters. And no. These aren't your standard video game monsters. They don't breathe fire or hit you with hammers or even spray you with submachinegun fire... The monster throw their turds at you. Little round turds. In addition to this, just about all the monsters incorporate poop or nakedness into their design, including turtles with big piles of crap for shells, and little birds who appear to have penises. Also, the landscape is littered with big brown piles of poo, and when you kill a shit-flinging monster, they die with a rather disturbing "plop" noise. There is no God...

Well that has to be the worst plot I have ever heard, but I'll be damned if it isn't the funniest I have ever heard.

Also has anyone actualy played this game?

It's a shitty(pun intended) vertical shooter for the PC Engine.

Yes, in the same sense the BMX XXX is original and creative. Ironically, the subject of this game fits BMX XXX like a glove.
