PSO Episode I&II Xbox Details

Heads up:

Xbox PSO has some release dates now.
EB has it scheduled for 2/25/03. GameStop says 5/2/03. Oddly enough, both have it priced at $39.99.

Can some1 tell me if in the Xbox version I will be able to build a character in my Xbox and ported to a friends Xbox by memory card

It doesn't matter, because Sega is probably going to jack the price up to $10 a month in America, and I'm not going to pay it. PSO is Diablo, not EverQuest. If Blizzard does it for free, then so should Sega.
