The term was invented in the wake of the famous "hi i bought D2 cuz heard its got tenticle rape is this true? k thx" thread started by ol' what's his name. The thread started off lame, it created lame discussion, and it died lame. It was a shining example of what a threadshould not be, so much so it was worthy of its own term.
