Niea is one of my favorites. I think so many people dislike it unfairly: either they were expecting a Lain-ish experience, didn't like (and thus IMO did not understand) the ending, or just generally don't like a more "laid back" anime.
Niea also has excellent artwork, music, and I really liked the job Mayo and Niea's voice actors did. I love when they get in an argument
Oh... and the Indian dude at the end of each episode was at times beyond bizarre, very funny.
