Why? Considering the resources and cash Square loves to pour into graphics, it would be awesome on the system most capable of supporting those visuals and offers a hope that Square might use 480p. There's also controller issues, but that's opinion...

There were... they were really shitty rumors though. It said that there would be 3 Square games for Xbox and one would be a Chrono sequel/prequel or something. The other 2 I don't remember being at all interesting. It's all just jive though. Square is not Box :/

by the by, I'll guess whatever Square's next big deal is, it'll be on PS2. Heck, even if they're developing on GameCube now, none of their 'blockbuster' titles have even been mentioned as hitting the GC.

I'm actually playing through it again right now. I think it was an excellent effort ebcause it stands by itself, but also ties in with chrono trigger. best BGM ever!
