And Seiken 3 is so much better than SoM its not even funny. SoM is laden with filler and bland pallette swapped dungeons and bosses. SD3 is just an amazing game all around, probably square's best to date.

Thanks for the offer...but I don't have a PC to call my own yet, and my father-in-law is a bit wary of me installing anything (especially games) on his brand new PC.

It's definately a huge improvement in quite a few areas, but I still didn't like the action as much. The control felt stiff compared to secret of mana. Maybe it balanced the game more, but I didn't seem as much in control of the action.

The flower boss looks similar a bit to a pumpkin boss in Seiken Densetsu 3. It was one of those 7 beasts you had to fight. The position of the boss is the same as that oen.
