when i was working at EB, we were cleaning out the backroom cuz it was a shit hole. while i was cleaning, i found a thin tall box that said xbox. i thought it was those displays..but lo and behold, inside was xbox floor mat. i put my name on it to claim it. well stupid holiday temps threw that shit out..i was so heated.

last time i was there there was just a HUGE pile of stuff in the like back right corner and around some pole thing

when was this?

when i was working during the holidays, ALL the new PC games that we receive from shipments were stacked up against the back wall by the door. not to mention games and other stuff piled infront of the back door.

whats messed up was, as little as that store is, the store the the right of it was empty. one day i went in to check up on my old co-workers and saw the place being remodeled. i looked in a saw the wall slacks which looked just like EBs. everyone thought they were going to expand, but lo and behold, it was a temporary spot for Foot Locker while they renovate their original spot.

i took the path in came out beneath manhattan mall and thought id look around the mall

ah. well that is how we usually do things during the holidays. once we unpack a box, we throw it on onto the floors (not literally). the backroom is small as it is. and during the holidays you can barely open the backdoor due to the amount of boxes we get.

boy do i miss working there
