Thread: For those who own all three next-gen system:

  1. But why then do you refer to them simply as Zelda? also, when you sell Go!Go! it's like a wieght has been lifted from your shoulders. I recommend you try it sometime, it's quite grand actually.

  2. Leave humor to the funny people, champ.

Because burg didnt feel like typing 'The Legend Of' three times.

Its like saying "Why do you refer to 'Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles' simply as 'Crystal Chronicals'?"

    Why?

    Because it doesnt fucking matter.

    Let it go.

I will employ the use of MS Paint to help illustrait how you might do this, because it seems you do not, in fact, know how to get over things.

  5. Ok, Lets see:

    P2 would be about 60%
    Xbox 30%
    Cube 10%

I am not listing any of older systems though.

  6. XBOX: 45%
    PS2: 40%
    GC: 15%

  7. Not that big of a change from last year. Surprisingly, Xbox overtook Gamecube(Though only by 3 games). I've been buying a ton of Xbox games recently and hardly any GC games.

    Ps2 - 60.75% (113 games)
    Xbox - 20.43% (38 games)
    GC - 18.81% (35 games)

Here were my percentages from last year....
    Ps2 - 76%(68 games)
    Gamecube - 14%(13 games)
    Xbox - 9%(8 games)
    +/- 1%

  8. Playstation 2 ~47%
    Gamecube ~47%
    Xbox ~6%

Most multiplatform titles I'd rather buy the PS2 version for online play (Madden, Tiger, LOTR, etc) or on the Gamecube so I can use my Wavebirds. Outside of Orta and Crimson Skies, the Xbox has very few exclusives that interest me, but Fuzion Frenzy has a couple of fun mini-games when you've got a bunch of people drinking. I mostly just use the Xbox as a media/emulation PC.

The majority of games in my collection are exclusive to the PS2 or Gamecube.

And I thought I bought too many games last year.

Well, for me, here's how it goes:
If a game comes out on multiple systems, but has online play on xbox live... I'll get it for xbox.
If a game comes out on multiple systems and has online play only on ps2, I'll probably get it for ps2.
Otherwise, for non-online games I'll usually get the GC version unless there are some gigantic flaws with it (ex: ssx tricky) because I prefer using the wavebird. I like wireless that works, and the deformed button layout doesn't bother me.
