so contact them

so much for getting a free game

Somehow, I doubt that bitching about it on a message board will resolve the problem any faster.

I did contact them this morning, and I am waiting for a reply.
I was just venting a little frustration. As a consumer , Sony made a commitment that they have failed to keep. And I am not the only one. I am just saying that I should not have to jump through hoops to get something that was promised.
Just venting that is all
I sent my coupon out the day I got my adaptor (day the adaptor hit stores) and I have yet to receive it as well, so you aren't alone.

I got mine a few months ago. I played it once. I thought it was beyond gay how theres no way of chatting. You guys can have my copy. I'll never play it.

I can empathize with your frustration, but at the same time you might want to be a bit more patient, considering you only contacted them this morning.Originally posted by Dustin

I sent them an E-mail after eight weeks of waiting, wondering where my game was. Two days later, I got a response saying that they would look into it. The next day, the game arrived in my mailbox. Shortly after that, I got a response saying they had sent it out (although it was in my hands already by that time).
Here's another interesting story. I have a friend who bought a used Network Adaptor, which included everything except the mail-in card for Twisted Metal: Black Online. He called Sony up and explained the situation completely, telling them he bought a used Network Adaptor, and it didn't come with the mail-in card. Sony then sent him the card so he could send away for the game. I was pretty surprised at that--I figured they didn't have any obligation to him, since he bought a used product. But, as you can see, it all worked out well in the end.
Hopefully, you will receive your copy of this game soon. It's a great game.
