Gonna try and convince a friend to join me and follow a cog tour. 4 gigs in 5 days, ending on new years eve on a small island (small festival). It'd be great if we go.
Who has tickets to see Bright Eyes next month?
This kid.

I missed the Arcade Fire last night because of finals and now i'll be missing Phoenix this Sunday because my friend told me she would buy the tix, she didn't try to buy them till today, and now it's sold out. It's not my week![]()
Saw Bella Lea tonight at my local record store. They're Maura Davis' (Ex-Denali singer) new band, they sound just like Denali... which means they're good. It was their first public show too. I hope they get bigger so I can brag that I saw their first show.
Because I'm a prick.
Oh and here's their Myspace site with some songs on it: http://www.myspace.com/bellalea
Oh and Maura Davis is super fucking hot. Here's proof.

They sounded better live, I found them just about on par with Denali.Originally Posted by arjue
Wow, my Bright Eyes weekend just got a shit load better.
Arcade Fire the next night in the same venue.
heeeheeehehehehehehehe
Saw Cog last night, and it was fucking amazing. Probably in my top 3 concerts of all time. The band was tight as, the sound was perfect, the crowd was exceptional, the venue was one of sydneys best.
The icing on the cake? it was bootlegged, using 5 high quality cameras, one of broadcast quality, and a $10,000 DAT setup. The guy in charge of it recorded it as a school project, meaning it will definitely be fully finished within 2 weeks, and its gonna be distributed as a free DVD to a select few (myself included).
ROCK!
also, gonna try and see Isis this february. Its at my favorite venue, so it should be good.
