It's a crosshair. As in "One: You lock the target." This particular crosshair hails from a band. In fact, the very band responcible for my custom status, location, and sig. This band is Front 242. The Grandfather of EBM, and my most favorite band of all time.
I saw them in concert a few years ago in Philly. Got my picture taken with them. It's the best show I've ever been to.
