Actually, the graphics whore thing was more of a general statement. It wasn't directed at you.
Insinuating something there?Originally posted by Jeremy
I never noticed the blurriness of N64 graphics. I guess I need to be some kind of graphic whore to make sure to find fault in everything.
It irritated me thats all I can say, some people have problems with people not seeing things the way they themselves do....
I have my oppinion and you yours, im actually glad to hear you guys enjoyed it as im a big fan of the Zelda games and have preordered Wind Waker.
For example I found REZ to be a pretty marginal and bland game yet many people here compare it to some supernatural experience.![]()
As far as the graphics whore thing, im a person that would rather play an old 2/d NES game with crappy graphics then most of the stuff thats released today so sorry one of those im not...

First, Rez was a supernatural experience. So there!
Second, I remember finding Ocarina of Time kind of dull overall. I admired what it tried to do but found a lot of waste space in the game, like the hub area connecting all the other areas and such. A lot of walking from place to place with nothing to keep me interested while doing it on the overworld.
I wasn't as bothered as all that by the N64 smear look or framerate, but I'll be happy to see it gone. Guess I'll find out soon enough if that's enough to make me want to redo the game.
To clear up a bit of seeming confusion- Ura/Master Quest mode has exactly the same people/places/events, but the puzzles in the (geographically identical) dungeons are remixed. Different actions have different effects and such. From what I hear that's the only difference. We'll see if that's right soon enough.
