Megaman: Now on DVD!

Went to best buy today, specifically lookin for Donnie Darko, but instead found this lil jewel.

I used to watch this show ALL the time when I was younger. Sure it's kinda corny, but I thought it was great!

$19 gets you 13 epsiodes on 3 discs, that's what really sold me on it. Anyhoo, just a heads up for anybody else who used to watch this.

Just, whatever you do, do NOT buy the soundtrack.
I did, and now I've got a CD full of no-name bands playing garbage songs that do NOT belong in a show about fighting robots.

Man that show sucked....but I used to watch it all the time

One of my friends (Mairu from #Neomega) picked this up recently, so I'll probably be watching it soon. Gotta love the Roll with a vaccum cleaner hand action

When the show first came out, I had the soundtrack, thinking it'd be cool, game inspired stuff, but it wasn't. The only thing I can remember about the tape was a Notorious BIG song, what the hell that had to do with Mega Man I still don't know.

As for the length of the series, I have no idea, but ADV is releasing the 2nd volume of Megaman goodness in March.
