When SA came out it was really really brilliant. JeffK was amazingly funny and Lowtax did a great rant on Incite that I even emailed him about and told him he did a great job.
Now it just tries to hard. Photoshop Phriday is really really good but thats really all the good stuff I have to say about it.

I've never been there myself, and having to pay to be there is enough to keep me from joining.
I don't recall saying it was ever banned unless it was a guideline that Nick passed w/o my knowledge. I have no idea where innova got that mandate from.

The people on your list is entirely client-side (though some versions do store it on a remote server now). Anyway, once someone is on your list the only way they can get off is if you explicitly delete them. Something wacky must have happened on your end.
