    Your books suck.

  2. I've read whole books on flying, and they state that humans can't fly on their own. Well guess what, I'm flying right now. :: swoops under a bridge and does a barrel roll :: No plane, or fake wings. Guess you should'nt believe everything you read, Iron Plant.

Oh yeah, I forgot, you have to travel faster than light going assbackword around the sun on a tuesday after sacraficing ten virgins to the time god to go to the past.

The things they edit out of the BTTF movies.

One of the strangest parts of special relativity is the conclusion that two observers who are moving relative to one another, will get different measurements of the length of a particular object or the time that passes between two eventsGlossary Term.

Consider two observers, each in a space-ship laboratory containing clocks and meter sticks. The space ships are moving relative to each other at a speed close to the speed of light. Using Einstein's theory:

    * Each observer will see the meter stick of the other as shorter than their own, by the same factor gamma. This is called length contraction.
    * Each observer will see the clocks in the other laboratory as ticking more slowly than the clocks in his/her own, by a factor gamma. This is called time dilation.

In particle accelerators, particles are moving very close to the speed of light where the length and time effects are large. This has allowed us to clearly verify that length contraction and time dilation do occur.

blah thats Newtainen physics, sort of touching on Albert E. physics.

The stuff ive read was more along the lines of time travel in regards to quantum Mechanics.

  9. Perhaps they have Corkey from Life Goes On proof reading the show?

It's Einstein's! Newtan's theories about speeds when approaching light were mostly incorrect. Einstein's theories upon approaching the speed of sound have been proven correct.
