Taking a trip to LA this weekend

So whats the sitch? Outside of bad Kim Possible jokes, I'm going to be in the LA area all this weekend from Thursday morning to Monday afternoon. I'm going down there with a few of my friends who are entering what is probably going to be the biggest Bemani tournament yet in the US, Cyberbeat Nation.

Me? I'm not doing shit. It's all DDR outside of the last day which is going to be an extremely small IIDX tournament.

To make things worse, no CVS2 to practice on. So from Friday night to Monday, I'm pretty much only going to be at Cyberzone in K-Town, Los Angeles.

I'll have nothing to do X___X So if any TNL'ers know me and want to go kick it, tell me here

I can give out the address and all that stuff.

I'm actually leaving tonight, but I won't be anywhere near LA. So I better get packing @_@

welp, Little Tokyo is cool to hang around. Or a club...if you're the club type. I'd say SHGL, but it's just a memory now...

Eh, I'm going to two other arcades actually X_X AI because one of my friends has never been there and hes heard all the crazy shit about it (He likes to ignore me telling that AI has sucked for the past year and I don't feel like getting stabbed by some drunken fob from the pool hall next door) and Camelot so I can play some CVS2 against SoCalers and talk to this one guy about a custom made XBox arcade stick.

And I'm too young to club

I'm only 18.

Oops. All this might be worthless since I was just told that we might be going to Disneyland XD!!!! I'll wet myself if that happens.

I ended up falling asleep around 7pm so I didn't leave =X

I found out that they have an Ikaruga machine and some weird Sonic Blast Man arcade game where you uhh..punch stuff. So theres some things to do. Tomorrow though I'm going to the Camelot Golfland down there to talk to this one guy who makes custom XBox arcade sticks to see if I can get a deal on a good one for CVS2 live. Should be interesting

Yeah, I didn't think I knew many LA area TNL'ers. I guess I'll just have to wait until E3 for that to happen....wheres Lucas when you need him
