Xbox Magic Box

I received my Magic Box last week, and I don't know if I'm hyper-sensitive or if I have some latent ninja reflexes or something, but I could definitely discern a fair amount of lag when the box is in use. It was enough to throw me off quite a bit in emulated games (shooters and fighters), and in native Xbox games, everything felt not-quite-right, like I was suddenly playing them online or something. I tried the 'box with a Saturn pad, Shin Virtua Stick, and a Dual Shock 2. I was pretty disappointed, overall. :/

On the bright side of things, I've gained a new appreciation for the Controller S. It's far better than the DS2, IMO, and as long as you're not trying to play a six-button fighter with it, it's great for 2D action games.

Magic Box does not play nice - shit, it doesn't play at all - with my PS2 ASCII stick. This makes me very sad.
