THQ and Eurocom Unveil Sphinx

THQ today announced Eurocom's Sphinx, an action-adventure title for PS2 and GameCube. Players will take on the role of Sphinx, a sphinx (I suppose) who attempts to foil the evil plans of Set by traveling through magical portals, acquiring abilities, and interacting with hundreds of characters.

Eurocom has worked with a number of well-known licences in the past, such as Crash Bandicoot, James Bond, Hercules and Disney's Tarzan, but Sphinx is an entirely original property. The title is scheduled to ship this fall.
