What's the easiest way to add scan line to pictures?
Dont want to make a new thread on help.. so
I have a promblem with photoshop.. It seems everytime i copy a picture to a new layer for a new project.. There is no color, its black and white..? any help for this..
Make a new patter, 2 pixels high 1 pixel wide, make the top pixel a black dot and leave the bottom pixel transparent, then fill.Originally posted by The Ampersand

Either that, or do a scan for a "TV Lines" macro plug-in thingy.
Check your colour settings, make sure it's not automatically making the picture a grayscale image.Originally posted by maruchan

Fireworks is much more akin to Paintshop...it pales when compared to Photoshop.
I'ld only recommend Fireworks if you do very little graphics work, or if you're planning on learning web design.
