Massive Death toll at Rhode Island Nightclub

This is one of the reasons I don't go to clubs. I'm just glad none of the people I hang out with happened to go to that club, since they would have wound up as another casualty. I think myself and Kabuki are the only ones here from Rhode Island.

I heard about it this morning. That's some pretty sad stuff. Pyros plus hairspray are not a good combination. This being a Great White crowd, you can bet there was a load of hairspray. Nightclubs can be dangerous if you aren't careful. I was almost crushed up against the stage at a Front 242 concert at First Ave., not fun.

Saw it an hour ago. Thought they were talking about the Chicago club, so I was temporarily thrown off. Sad day.

One of the girls was like, 'There was just this wave of people running for the door. Then someone tripped. Then everyone tripped and fell on them.' From then it was just chaos.
