His interview after the fight was pretty interesting and it actually sounded like he might have a clue, that he needs to work on his basics, the very thing he's been missing since he went to prison.

You could understand him!? All I caught was the part about "nobody should care if we die in the ring, it's what we do!" and "I'm just glad I could come out and put on a great show for these people." (I guess his definition of "great show" is different from most people's). The rest just seemed like nonsense.

Anyway, that was unbelievable. It wasn't even a fight - it hadn't even started yet and Etienne was down. 50 seconds of Etienne clinching and trying to tackle Tyson, then boom! One shot and he's down.

Even when the entourages, security and media started flooding the ring, my brain couldn't fully accept that it was already over. I've never seen a fight that short before. If I'd paid for it, I would have been pissed.

Mike is not a boxer. He is a fighter, and a damn good one. He needs to just run in a swing away, as he did early on in his career.

Put him against a good techinical boxer, like Lewis, and he get's owned.

Early in his career, Mike Tyson was a solid technical fighter, but his devistating punch overshadowed it. It was interesting to see a fight breakdown of his match with Evander Holyfield. They showed Tyson's skills back in his earlier days, and compared them to his style of fighting after prison. He was a totally different fighter. He lost a lot of his boxing skills during his 5 year stay in prison. I could only imagine how boxing history would have changed, if he had never went to prison.

Though the chances of it are slim to none, I'd love to see Tyson fight David Tua. Similar styles, similar power, and both of them have strong chins.

Tell me that wouldn't be an exciting fight!
