That shows up across the top of the page whenever I try to quote something in the headlines forum.

hopefully cka, the technical wizard can resolve it. can't troubleshoot exactly where the problem is coming from.

Edit: Not sure why the eror was caused...but it was starting to nag me - took a quick shot at resolving it and now it's fixed. thanks again 88
