I had a lot of fun doing tricks on the bikes like jumping cars. That said, VC isn't "teh best game evar".

Yeah, this is pretty stupid. Vice City is an excellent game which deserves to sell that many copies but Nintendo in particular is crying all the way to the bank.

Ahhh...I must be one of the few who doesn't like VC, think it's revolutionary, brilliant, creative, gorgeous, or really that much fun.
They rehashed a 3D rehash of an old PC game...so what? The eighties setting *almost* won me over, but it's still a 3D GTA without the network multiplayer (the best part of the original GTA game).

It sold a eight million copies because a fifteen bajillion people own PS2s. I bet it sold more in California than in Alaska, too.

Vice City and GTA3 are shitty... especially the lame "open-endedness" of it.

So what if when you can't beat the golf cart mission you go and drop weapons off in the course and push all of the golf carts into the water? That's not non-linearity, that's cheating, jack-ass...

Everything in GTA = TOTALLY lackluster... but if you like lackluster, there's a WHOLE lot of it in the controls, storyline, and graphics

I will say that the soundtrack to Vice City was excellent... that wasn't lackluster
