A bunch of cars and some streets. I don't have any gameplay info and I don't think they've released anything aside from screens.

There was an interview with Martyn Chudley of Bizarre in the last OXM. Sounded like there'll be on-line hijinks (perhaps even car-swapping) and some new modes. New cities, too - Hong Kong and Edinburgh were mentioned.
I'm currently playing - and LOVING - the first PGR (Gold Medal Addiction), so suffice to say I can't wait for this bad boy.
Think it'll make it out this year? I hope so....

The buildings look fuzzy because they're using low rez textures in the backgrounds, likely to avoid the shimmering effect that happens when high rez textures get compressed in the background. Even if those are the final, you'll never notice it when the game is actually in motion.

Backgrounds at the mo are using placeholder textures, game is still a long way off and most likely wont release this year.
