I just cooked a chicken tonight...it was juicy and good. While I was cutting it, I had the same look on my face as the Colonol there. Oh yeah, and I also prefer Popeye's. Chicken strips + red beans & rice + louisiana hot sauce > KFC.

I guess the symbolic nature of this gesture against the Holocaust Campaign is lost on him. Considering that most of PeTA's campaign's are symbolic gestures as well makes this so very sad.

Unfortunately,I have to say I'm not surprised.I think they really blew it with this campaign.I really wish PETA had done something else,maybe a campaign revolving around tell-alls of former factory farm employees.Those are very disturbing and I have already converted 2 of my friends into vegetarians because of the Tyson chicken factory worker's story. I KNOW they wouldn't have stopped eating meat if I had shown them the Holocaust on your plate site.I think PETA should drop the campaign;they are losing supporters and giving the anti-peta people another reason to hate us!

This is just fucking wonderful; these people are as bad as Christians or Jehovas Witnesses. If one of them shows up on my doorstep at 5:00am on a Saturday and hands me a pamphlet of the Colonel hacking away at a chicken I'm gonna fry up an egg and a side of bacon and eat it right there in front of them. Or I could go to the extreme of eating a raw chicken wing in front of them as their speaking, then I could offer them a bite.

Anyone see the PETA segment on 20/20 a few weeks ago? John Stossel did an interview with some loon from the company where she gave all these shitty reasons for things. Stossel- you FIREBOMBED a building. Nutjob PETA rep- we were protecting the animals from any future harm. Yup, protection by blowing them all the fuck up. Stossel- You guys payed the court fees of the guy who did this. PETA rep- yes we did, he's a nice young man. He's a teacher. Stossel- Do you not value human life at all to be firebombing places? PETA lady- we value human life, after all, we'll do anything but kill a humaan being to spread our message. They then play a video of the dude who firebombed a building saying that they need to do everything possible next to killing a human to spread their "message." Stossel also asked some other good questions about their little demonstrations. Like the one they staged by spreading red paint all over the place, that cost a city millions of dollars. The woman justified this by saying that they had to spread their message by any means necessary.
