No, I think "Bomb Disposal Technician" or "Violent Shark Wrestler" may hold that title.

It does have a very high rate of deaths and injuries though. I'm not sure why, except for crazy drivers, I suppose.

they get hit often, at the company my dad used to work for a guy was killed when a drunk driver hit him... sad times...
