I can't imagine SvC running on a completely new piece of hardware. I don't see why Playmore would develop a game that wouldn't run on the MVS, thereby forcing operators to buy some more new hardware for this one game.


But... According to some folks on SNK-Capcom.com, SvC is releasing for around $1,800. That's a hell of a lot. If there's anything different about this MVS game, I'm guessing they incorporated something in the actual game cart. That's "I'm hoping they..." too. It seems more logical.

And this is only one of the biggest [biggest ever?] MVS releases in a long time, so factor that in and the estimated price makes more sense.

That would make sense, since many of the pictures Ive seen seem to have transparencies in them...although the pictures could also be between 2 frames. Until we get any direct capture screens, I really cant tell. Maybe it could be on the Hyper 64 since the cab says it on the top? Its all very confusing.

True true. People seem to be forgetting that this game is made for arcades, not home. So its priced for the arcades, not the home user. Thats why the arcade version is $1800 and the home version is $50. If you want the game before a home release, you're going to pay a lot more, regardless of the title.
