It's no big deal, really. The first Capcom vs. SNK did the same thing - only 4 attack buttons - and you never even really noticed it after a while.

I learned to hate the command moves for normals I was already used to in CVS1. I'd almost rather they just came up with all new normals for the characters, if they can't have 6 buttons.
