    I just received my first issue of GMR in the mail today (issue #3) and the cover and spine were severly ripped. I called GMR customer service and explained what happend and they supplied me with an extended subscription without hesitation.

    Thumbs up from me for GMR customer service.

  4. Yeah Gamefan extended my subscription for issues I never got, then the magazine died so the extension was worthless, shit I didn't even get up to the end of my regular subscription
