NOW Despair will like Monkeyball:
Awesome
Kidnemo, keep them coming !
Gritty.
This is the truth. You may enjoy the GBA rev if you've never touched either GC title but once you're used to analog you'd be hard pressed to play digital.Originally posted by BenT
Part one is better for single player. The courses are much more gimmicky in part two -- it's actually pretty unfun a lot of the time.
SMB2 may be better for multiplayer, though -- there are twice as many mini-games.
From a value perspective, I'd guess the original will fall to the $10-15 range soon, so I don't think I'd spend $30 on it now.
My thoughts exactly. I think SMB2 is a good game with some flaws (#@$*! launchers), but it is definitely a step down from SMB1 which is one of my all-time favorite games.Originally posted by wEEman33
I've put more hours into SMB1 than any other GC game I own, so get that first. If you still crave more Monkey Ball action, then pick up the SMB2 later.

This still isn't a poll. And it should be.
Poll haters be damned.
