    This is the truth. You may enjoy the GBA rev if you've never touched either GC title but once you're used to analog you'd be hard pressed to play digital.

    From a value perspective, I'd guess the original will fall to the $10-15 range soon, so I don't think I'd spend $30 on it now.

    My thoughts exactly. I think SMB2 is a good game with some flaws (#@$*! launchers), but it is definitely a step down from SMB1 which is one of my all-time favorite games.
