Penny Arcade has been slagging quite a lot lately, but on occasion they tend to have a good comic. (Example posted above) Most of the time they aren't, though.
The most recent one, is alright. But the punchline isn't impactful. It lags because all he says is "what?" and has a valley girlish look on his face. It's a good concept, just needed more ironing. I think the problem is that they update so much it's hard to keep it funny all the time.
