Yeah, but how long does it take to get most of those items? A minute? Two?

I'm not taking anything away from this guy's time - it takes an insane amount of skill to shave that much time off and still push through. I'm saying that once you add a half an hour or so, you can easily pick up those items that make the game a lot easier.

Well did you say it, or did he say it? You seem be stating both in that post.

I'm almost positive that J2d said it. But yes, whoever said it is a big fat liar, so I wouldn't rush to lay claim to it.

This is pretty impressive. The fact that he had to have the bare minimum amount of hearts while beating all the dungeons and bosses really fast is what really makes it difficult, IMO. Getting all the items is as simple as memorizing where they are.
