And the movie featured two video game character's names! I got a cookie waiting for you if you can name 'em.
So...do you guys think The Architect could be lying about the five past "Ones"? Also, does anyone else think Neo should have fucked the Merovingian's wife raw?

Okay - just saw it and i got a bunch of questions formulating...
1. The "frenchy" guy ,Merivingian or whatever , and his girlfriend/wife Persephenne are we supposed to assume that they are humans jacked into the Matrix like Neo and his crew or just "anomalies" /programs? The way Persephenne was talking about memories about how the french guy and her relationship used to be makes me think shes human-- or she was just faking so she could kiss Neo ( and was it me or did it look like she was passing along to him something more than the tongue in that kiss?)
2. If the french guy ( and yes that bastard was annoying - God he just kept talking ) is human and can affect the Matrix like he does why didnt he take more of an active effort to prevent Neo from taking the Key Master. Even if hes not human with the power he had ( with the uhhh climax cake ).
3. And along those lines im assuming the twins were definitely anomalies/exiles and not remotely human in any form....?
4. Did Tank die - the way his sister was talking about him was like he had?
Ill probably think of more questions later , but if you guys have any opinions/answers to these please ease my mind,,,
On a personal note I did have gripes with all of the philosophical talk, wiggly special effects on "Gumby"Neo and "Gumby"Agent Smith while doing the super fighting.. But maybe my standards going in to this movie were too high or something <shrugs> Mr - K 's first post above pretty sums up the way I feel about this movie too Zion orgy scene included --- Maybe I just need to see it again ??
And I want me some of that Climax Cake -- like now :whoa:
Didn't Smith come to the door before the other agents and after they left? I'm thinking he had some manipulative control there.Originally posted by Delta
if the other agents are out to stop smith, why were they all buddy buddy at the beginning of the movie?
Also I think Neo's flying was incredinly well done. The Superman movie has alot to live up to now in that dept.

So you think he was lying about it so he could get Neo to go through the "other" door, so that everything would start over again? I don't know. He could have, but there's not really anything to back that up.
I think there may have really been five previous Matrixes that were all flawed in some way, and he just wants to finally perfect it. I don't know.
This movie definitely requires a second viewing.
Nah, I'm sure someone can figure it out.Originally posted by Tyler_Durden

He just has the ability to hack into the Matrix and write programs for it. That has nothing to do with being able to fight, much less fight Neo.Originally posted by Jetman

Well that's like, your opinion, man.
Its not entirely out of the question that the Architect was trying to mislead Neo maybe because he surpassed him/it in control/flexibility of the Matrix. I wonder though, was the Architect a maintainer of the Matrix jacked in a remote place or is he just the main part of the program?
That Persephone/French talking dude is also a good question. Are they old programs or are they(particularly Persephone)part of a bigger picture?
I wanted to see those big robot suits in Zion in action badly, it looked like those loaders from Aliens. Its all good though Revolutions will show all of that, I hope ya'll all caught it at the end. There were a good amount of people that stayed in my theater. Its short but sweet and you see some good stuff.
My friends and I were the only people in the theater to stay. Even though I'm not sure it was worth it considering about a million people were in the credits.
Heh yeah the credits sort of discouraged me to stay(I felt pretty weird staying that long) but I stuck with it. I was sort of caught off guard though that Zack Delarocha had a song in there. Was it a new song?

I think the bigger question is: Why did he create the Matrix? And how?
Well the Oracle said that he's a "program gone bad." Since he had access to the keymaker, I'd say he's pretty important in the big picture. He may have supposed to been some sort of protector of the keymaker, but obviously he had other motives.Originally posted by Will

So he was a human then ? Does that mean that the twins and all of his underlings were human as well or just programs?Originally posted by OmniGear

On another note I wish that we could view the Matrix through Neo's eyes when he was looking at/ talking to the Oracle. I wonder if she looks like Seraph? (All gold and glowing and shit)If so then maybe the two of them are something different than just programs created by the Architect?
And yeah I agree that the flight scenes were very nicely done - a lot better than I expected them to be.
Animatrix in "Renaissance Part 2" shows a little bit of how they experimented on humans/emotions to create the Matrix - but nothing really specific - and I wonder if that big eight eyed robot towards the end of that episode (the one subjugating the humans in that U.N. looking council before the "nuke"(?) occurs) is the Architect. It never really shows just WHAT was leading the robots , but my guess is the Architect....Originally posted by OmniGear
