Strategy First signs new strategy game

Strategy First announced today that they will be publishing War Times in the North American PC market in Q3 2003. Developed by Spain-based Legend Studios, War Times is an RTS that lets players plan their course of action through Germany, Great Britain, USA, and the USSR during the Second World War.
