Meh, it still looks awesome.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the GCN and XBOX will only be a two-player game!!
Why don't they fucking come out and just admit that they are a Sony 2nd party and get it over with?
I don't care that the PS2 fanboys are going to attack this thread stating how their system commands this marketplace. I understand this, but you must admit that this is absolute bullshit. Why wouldn't you want to incorporate a feature that is not available on the PS2? Are they afraid that Sony will be angry with them?
Then to top it all off, at the press conference they talk about how they love Nintendo and so on and so forth. If you really love them so much, why not offer a feature that takes advantage of the system?
To hell with Konami! I really wish that Mirage had licensed out the rights to the game to a different developer, one that wasn't so thrust up Sony's butt.![]()
I'm sorry guys, but I was looking so forward to having a four-player matchup with like all the turtles on screen at one time and having some fun with friends.
Meh, it still looks awesome.

Barf! Barf! Barf!
Come on Konami... the GCN and Xbox both have four controller ports! PS2 has a multitap available, as well.
I won't deny that it looks good, but it would feel a bit odd not having 4 player play available. Nevertheless, the game still might be decent.
Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)
It still looks sweet, but it is a darn freaking shame Konami won't exploit the 4 controller ports available on the GC and the X-Box.
Playing the old Ninja Turtles arcade game with 3 friends or cousins was always such a blast as a child, woulda been fun to relive that![]()
omg TNL epics!

They haven't said it because they're still working on it.
Word has it that there is a working 4-player mode, but camera problems are preventing Konami from talking about it.
sounds like from what spike said is that the ps2 version already has 4 player support but the other two do not.....not that the game doesnt have 4 player support all across the board, thus the reasoning behind konami living in sony's butthole.Originally posted by Lhadatt

What's your fucking problem? Konami rules and so will the new TMNT. Be glad that they were able to put a 2-Player Co-Op in the game. Besides, the only 4P TMNT games were the Arcade ones. Nobody whined when the SNES version of Turtles in Time was 2P only. And who said anything about a 4P mode in the PS2 version? AFAIK, both versions are 2P only.
And FYI, there is no Xbox version.
