Culdcept II Expansion coming to the US via NEC & Capcom

Capcom is bringing Culdcept II Expansion for the Playstation 2 to the US !!!!! When I saw the demo unit at E3 I nearly peed myself with glee. Now everyone will be able to enjoy the fine single-player and four-player card battling goodness!

This and River City Ransom are probably the two games that got me most hype from this e3.

Can't wait to give it a try in a language I can understand (italized for the vegetables on the board).

It's actually coming out here because of NEC. I spoke to a rep at Capcom's booth and she mentioned that Capcom's simply a distributor for NEC. TubeSliders was sitting right next to Culdcept which sparked the question.

Excellent news. Culdcept is excellent, and while my girlfriend and I have had plenty of fun with the game in Japanese, it would add so much to our enjoyment of the game to be able to understand it better. Consider my copy bought.

This is really fabulous and unepected news!

I had been planning on getting the DC rev for the longest time.... but I just never got around to it because there were too many other games ahead of it on my list.

With a NA release, it will move much higher up my list now, since I won't have to deal with FAQs and whatnot.

Mr. Furious, you are correct, it is NEC and Capcom. I forgot that the kiosk had an NEC sign on it as well. Anyone know their web address?
