The last time I did shrooms I had a really bad trip, as in, I wanted to kill myself. It was like that the last few times I did acid, too. I stopped doing all drugs except for alcohol and occasionally pot since then.

The reason I still have a lingering ambulance bill that I have to go to court for tomorrow are these ridiculous things.

I hallucinated so badly I had black outs in my memory.

I mean they are pretty enjoyable, the first time I ever did them I had nothing but a blast and free your mind experience. I remember my friend yelling,

"I got froggy legs, and its time to take a trip to the mystical, magical land of captain america!"


From there it was an experience to say the least. The second time was the final time, because my body utterly rejected them. I threw up all over the floor, I hallucinated on my way home, I was standing still or walking in place during my walk, my brain was just not right.

Then I blacked out and remember emt's.

Finally I got to the hospital and they filled me with saline to clean out my system.


Let me say this about shrooms, never take them if you've had a lot on your mind. If you feel even slightly like you can't control your emotions, avoid them. If you even think you are allergic to them, don't even bother. These things can fuck you up mentally badly. Just as much as acid.

Just don't do anything you aren't prepared to pay for.

Not as much as you'd think. Which is why it was scary. I can't remember the amount honestly, thats the last thing I could remember. I know I had no more than anyone else.

Erwoid's usually got everything there is to know. Either there hasn't been a study on the long-term effects, or you're just not looking hard enough.
