I believe I can help you out with El Viento and a few others on that list.
Problem is I don't own a genny or the games myself but I do know of a local place that can get them to you(complete I believe, never looked inside the box to tell the status of the manual).

I hate to advertise, but a buddy of mine has over 60 Japanese Mega Drive titles for sale(most complete). I didn't spot any of the titles on your list but you may find something you like. Figured I would bring it up in case you missed it. If you already saw it, ignore me. :P
