  1. Question bout 2p support on the GBA player

  2. unless the game has a 2 player, one gba mode, you will not be able to play multiplayer games on one gba player. it essentially is a gba, limitations and all. to get multiplayer support, you'll have to link it up with another gba or gba player.

i have, however, heard a rumor that square's new sword of mana will have a mode that will allow you to play a 2 player simultaneous game on one gba player. obviously, such a game would have to be specifically coded to work with the player.

  3. It's got a link port, like the Super Gameboy 2. One on the TV via the GBPlayer, and another on a GBA, GBASP hooked up to the port via a cable.

Time to make a GBA LAN! BPlayer and TV+ GBPlayer and TV!

    4 players, 4 GBPlayers, 4 TVs!

  4. yeah unless its not specifically programmed to take advantage of the gb player, the game will have to support both players on one gba.

ign interviewed the head of development of the gb player here
1 part of the interview that should be of interest (other than the >1 player support) is that itd be possible for games to use the gc bba.

  5. What they said. If you already have a GBA, just link up.
