Cool. I have a story that I thought up back in high school that I've fleshed out over the years. I did about 10 or 11 pages of the first issue before I stopped. I wasn't happy with the quality of my art back then, and I've since been reading anatomy books and whatnot. I would've started again, but I started experimenting with a new style, and I want to get it down pat before I do sequential art.

That's very cool, Lordmrw. I actually have a story I'm attempting to draw as well. One piece of advice: get your character design down before you start anything. Sketch those character for hours from every angle you can think of. One thing you want to avoid changing the style of the way you draw your characters over the course of your story. It just looks bad. Doing quick thumbnail sketches of the panels you're going to draw helps overall too. Drawing the story should be the last thing you do, after the writing and designing stages. Actually, no, Hero, I haven't shown anything in the gallery yet. But now that we have the attach feature, maybe I'll post a few things. I just have to overcome the sense of privacy I have about showing my artwork (does anyone else have this problem?). I'll scan some stuff this weekend. Thanks for the interest!
