Yes.

Saturn Zero 3 is the best console version in terms of graphics. However, the sound FX are sampled at a DISMAL rate and hence are muffled severely.

Why is it that X-Men vs. SF can run with full animation AND have well-sampled sounds and yet Zero 3 doesn't?
