I've never heard that joke either. And I don't think it's "so true". Is race really an indicator of how good a girl is in bed? I don't think so. I think there are always exceptions for everything - not EVERY Chinese girl is bad in bed, no chest, or has a flat rear. I think there are two common "types." A lot of Japanese girls are still into the mentality that when it comes to things like that, their job is to please their man. Sure, initially, that might sound like a good thing. However, it ends up that they are doing everything mostly for you, and not necessarily because they enjoy it. That, to me, really reduces the enjoyment of the whole experience.

On the other side, girls who aren't like that seem to be almost a complete opposite. I've met a number of girls that you just knew without doubt were horny little bitches. I think that when Japanese girls break away from the roles that society tries to force upon them, they really break away and can go wild.

Unfortunately, my experience has far too often been the first, and when I've had chances with the second, it's always been when I'm already taken and have to just cry into my pillow at the opportunity that I'm missing. *heh*
