My friend recently picked this up for me and I was curious, how do you escape from a pin? I usually stick to the Fire Pro series as far as Puroresu games go and mashing on the buttons isn't good(One of the things I like about the series). So, are you supposed to mash in KoC? I tried checking FAQs but they didn't really cover this, I guess because it is so basic. I really feel like an ass asking this, but I want to get as much enjoyment out of this game as possible.
So, for anyone who has played this game, how do you excape from pins and is there anyway to make your wrestler get up quicker after he is knocked to the ground. Thanks in advance.

Tap it fast or slow? I keep getting my ass kicked. I really suck at this game. I've still gotta get the grapple system down. Thanks.
Korly,
Yeah, that's what I tried out originally but it didn't *seem* to work. Maybe I was just beat down more than I thought? I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right. Of course, Fire Pro Z just arrived so KoC is now on the backburner.
Yeah, I do the tapping X & dpad thing, too. Seems to work.
I just got FPZ and it pales in comparison to KOC. I am sad.
I just press all of the buttons like a madman. Yes, I know what you're thinking: pure skill.
I strongly dislike this game, though. I had to punch that in.

As far as FPZ paleing in comparasion to KoC, I'd have to disagree(at this point in time anyway.) Though, I am saddened at the thought that this is to be the final game in the series. Not exactly going out with a bang. :-( Could've been better, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't addicted...
KoC is annoyingly boring. Reversing is so easy I could do it all day. Maybe you'll get a bodyslam here and there! But then you'll stop to take an injesting 10 seconds of O2.
I thought the roster was impressive, and the game's basic system was awesome, but it really does seem half baked.
Oh and I am really really hurt you said my approach was lame, man. I mean, I really think you owe me an apology.
How would you like it if I called your avatar lame, or your hair-do lame? Or maybe even the way you wear your hat lame?! Yeah, that's what I thought man, it doesn't feel to good, does it?
